Your satisfaction is important to us. All products are carefully checked before dispatch.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days only for defective or damaged products.
• Customised, personalised and made-to-order products are non-returnable.
• Returns due to change of mind, colour or size preference are not accepted.
• If the package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the shipment and contact us immediately.
• For damaged/defective products, please share clear pictures/videos with us within 7 days of delivery.

Once the issue is verified, we will assist with a replacement or refund, as applicable.
